Caisse d’Epargne Nord France Europe wanted to increase its presence in the Lille city-centre and become more visible to its target customers.
The goal was therefore to create an inviting “showcase” concept that would incite people to enter, and where four of its major divisions could work under the same roof: retail banking, real estate, business banking, and financial planning.
This project was to enable the bank to experiment with an organisation and mode of operation that were different to the bank’s network concept, capable of generating new areas of interest for the visitor and revitalising the Caisse d’Epargne image.
The main challenge: The premises chosen for this agency were particularly complex given the 2 entrances (the site gives on to two separate streets) with two narrow shop windows and a 10 763 sq. ft. surface area.

This branch is open and attractive on the Rue Faidherbe side, and more discreet on Rue des Ponts de Comines. It is a truly innovative, multi-channel and multi-service retail space.
The design is understated, modern and dynamic. Although it has a very specific look that is different to that of the other branches, it proudly reflects the Caisse d’Epargne’s corporate identity.
