Project context

For many years, Korus’ After-sales Service and Maintenance department has been overseeing and coordinating the preventive and curative maintenance operations of Monop’ stores (Monop’ daily, Monop’ Station, Monop’ Beauty, etc.)

Korus' involvement

  • Management and coordination of maintenance contractors
  • Monitoring of store maintenance

Project challenges

  • Management of maintenance requests from 110 stores across France (6,600 requests per year)• Pilotage de plus de 150 prestataires
  • Overseeing of more than 150 contractors
  • Analysis of all maintenance reports and technical recommendations
  • Analysis of expenses (curative and preventive) and elaboration of the operating budget with the client
  • Coordination and overseeing of preventive site visits every 2 months
  • Planning of regulatory inspections and monitoring to ensure any issues are rectified satisfactorily

Results achieved

The services provided to Monop’ have changed over the years. Initially, Korus’ work was limited to overseeing and coordinating maintenance operations. Today, Korus acts as a technical advisor for Monop’ by contributing its expertise and suggesting technical alternatives.
