Modern building of the late 80s, located in a urban context of Tertiary / Residential great development and expansion. The building is entirely rented to Regus and to the Ministry of Justice, with separate entrances on the street, and intersection of leased spaces on the floors (with double wat safety exits, on several floors).
Korus after developing the Design, working as GC has successfully managed the full fit-out works, of the NCO (New Centre Opening) in 8 weeks.
The main ‘challenge’ of this project was the difficulty of combining a building that presented many architectural problems, with the distribution layout of Regus; the management of the plants and their distribution has clashed with the structural and internal characteristics of the building, creating considerable difficulties in the construction of new plants and the adaptation of existing ones. Every problem has been resolved, allowing to respect the times (8 weeks), budget (zero change orders) and quality, which has complied with Regus standards.
